We offer flexible delivery dates, even on weekends and public holidays. With us, you can rest assured that your shipping units will be handled gently by our staff and delivery drivers during sorting at the main transshipment point and throughout the entire transport process.

Our customer service is at your disposal and you always have a personal contact person. No calls to an anonymous call centre with a voice computer! Entering your transport orders online is quick and easy. You immediately receive a display of the freight price.

Secure packaging is an important aspect. Good and secure packaging is crucial for a shipment of value and for the protection of the transport insurance. Our customer service team will be happy to help you if you have any questions about secure packaging.

Our safebags/parcel seals are provided to you free of charge. For shipments over €1,000.00 insurance value, order the safebags in advance and hand them over ready packed and sealed to the collection courier. For shipments with an insured value of less than € 1,000.00, the pick-up courier will bring the safebag, which you will seal personally with your shipment.

Our safebags and security seals are coded and offer reliable protection against unauthorised access. The safebag can only be opened by destroying it, which means that it cannot be replaced.

To ensure insurance cover, your items must be durable and securely packed according to their value, volume and weight. The addressing must not contain any references to the contents or the industry. Items are handed over to the MPE courier in special bags with a security seal or in sufficiently sealed packaging.
